This week, India-based Rebel Foods raised a whopping $210 million for its cloud kitchen business and Brazilian climate tech Terradot, now headquarterd in San Francisco, closed a $58 million Series A round.
Outside of funding, vertical farming Plenty closed up its Compton farm, saying it would focus entirely on strawberry production now, while John Kempf’s Advancing Eco Agriculture nabbed a USDA rural development award.
