Taking place from 9 to 11 December 2025 at the International Conference Centre Geneva in Switzerland, this year’s bold theme reflects a simple truth: Plan A has failed. In an era defined by climate policy backsliding, greenwash fatigue, and stalled investment confidence, pledges alone aren’t enough to transform broken systems. It’s time to stop waiting and start working. It’s time for Plan B.
At the RSB Annual Conference 2025, credible action will be centre stage. We’re bringing together sustainability professionals, innovators, and systems leaders from across industries and regions to showcase the verifiable and scalable solutions that define RSB’s collaborative community – where powerful tools, partnerships, and insights are shared to catalyse the transition to a sustainable bioeconomy.

Transition Leaders’ Awards
Following a successful pilot in 2024, the RSB Transition Leaders’ Awards return with expanded categories, a broader call for nominations, and a focus on scaling real-world solutions that support a just transition.
The RSB Transition Leaders’ Awards 2025, sponsored by Airbus, celebrate credible leadership across fuels, materials, equity, and procurement. Winners will be selected by our global membership through a multi‑stakeholder judging process.
Nominations open on Wednesday 23rd July 2025.

As always, RSB Members attend free of charge, with paid tickets available for non-members via the event website.
