MONTREAL, Que., Sept. 3, 2026: Grande Maison V (GMV) today announced its official launch as a house of brands built to unite established confectionery companies, Galerie au Chocolat (Jelina Chocolatier), Brockmann’s Chocolate, and Theobroma Chocolat, together with its Olivia & Leo confectionery line, under a single strategic vision: to be the best in taste, in every sense.
Privately held and headquartered in Montreal, Que., GMV operates two manufacturing facilities and corporate offices, one in British Columbia and one in Quebec, and distributes chocolate and other confections across North America and to global markets.
“Grande Maison V represents more than a new name on the door: it’s a commitment to being the best in taste, in every sense of the word,” said Noah Pinsky, CEO of Grande Maison V. “By joining together strong brands and experienced teams with more than 40 years of combined expertise and heritage, we’re building exception capability and capacity to grow together, while protecting what makes each of our brands special.”
A house of brands built for growth
The creation of GMV reflects a deliberate strategy to combine the strength of deeply rooted confectionery brands, while improving efficiency, capability, and manufacturing capacity across the group. Each brand in the portfolio continues to operate under its own identity with a wide-ranging offering from premium artisan chocolate to better-for-you and everyday indulgence.
GMV’s leadership says the model is designed to combine the operational consistency and volume of a large manufacturer with the craftsmanship and agility of artisan makers, allowing the group to react quickly to retail and consumer trends, while still delivering meaningful scale.
Growth built on four pillars
Looking ahead, GMV says it will pursue growth through four key levers: expanding its existing brands; strengthening retail partnerships; developing new products and formats; and pursuing strategic acquisitions.
