The first step to a great cheeseboard is to pick a board. Once you’ve selected your favorite wood platter, tray, or cutting board place a layer of parchment paper or plastic wrap along the bottom. This will protect your beautiful serving vessel and make for an easy cleanup Now that you’re prepped, here’s how to layer your ingredients…

Base – an assortment of cheeses, we recommend:

  • Aged – aged white cheddar, gruyere, gouda, dubliner
  • Soft – brie, camembert, goat, herbed cheese spread like Boursin
  • Firm – Manchego, parmesan
  • Blue – gorgonzola, Shilton, Roquefort
