1. When and where is the show?

Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show takes place Sept. 9 to 11, 2025, and is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The show covers more than 100 acres of trade show space, with additional surrounding areas set up for equipment demonstrations operating in the field. The show is located in Woodstock at 744906 Oxford Road #17 Road. 

2. How much are the tickets and where can I get them?

Tickets can be purchased on the Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show website. Admission is $25 for adults (18+), $10 for youth (13–17), and free for children 12 and under. Purchasing a ticket online before the show is recommended for quicker entry.

3. Is parking available?

Yes. Parking is free and available on both the north and south sides of the farm show, as shown on this map. Accessible parking is located via Gate #1 from Oxford Road #17. Signs onsite will help direct visitors to appropriate lots.

4. What should I bring with me?

Weather in early September can be unpredictable. Visitors are encouraged to pack for a range of conditions that includes sun protection (such as a hat and sunscreen), rain gear, and comfortable shoes for walking. A refillable water bottle and small backpack for carrying items from exhibitors are also good to have on hand.

5. How can I navigate the show? 

Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show mobile app is a useful tool for finding exhibitors, checking demonstration times and navigating the grounds. With over 600 exhibitors, advance planning is helpful to make the most of the day. Download the app in advance.  

6. Are there shuttles around the site? 

Yes. Tractor-pulled people mover shuttles run regularly throughout the show site and between parking lots and demonstration fields. Shuttle stops are well marked throughout the show site with signage.

7. How can I find specific exhibitors? 

The most efficient way to locate specific companies or brands is by using the exhibitor list available on the show’s website or mobile app. The list is searchable and includes booth locations and company details, plus a link to the map where the booth is located. 

8. What food is available onsite? 

Food trucks and dining areas offer a variety of options, including breakfast, snacks, special drinks and lunch. A full list of food options is updated regularly in the show’s planner online and in the mobile app. 

9. Where can I stay in Woodstock? 

The show website provides a list of nearby accommodations, including hotels, motels, B&Bs and campgrounds. Booking early is recommended, as local rooms fill up quickly during the show week.
