Equipment Ontario Incorporated is growing with two other Ontario dealerships joining the company.
Why it matters: Farmers have access to fewer dealers, but greater resources as part of on-going consolidation in the farm equipment dealer sector.
ESM Farm Equipment Ltd., a New Holland agriculture and construction equipment (CE) dealership based in Wallenstein, just outside of Elmira, will be joining Equipment Ontario. The entire ESM team will now work for Equipment Ontario.

Equipment Ontario will also welcome Bob Mark Equipment Sales & Rentals, a long-standing fixture in Lindsay, Campbellford, Napanee, and Sunderland. With multi-line sales, rental offerings and support, Bob Mark has served generations of farmers and built a reputation for keeping operations running smoothly.
Equipment Ontario will now serve customers across more than 21 counties, from Kincardine to Kingston and Cambridge to Cochrane, offering local accessibility backed by the resources of a larger, unified network.
The company represents brands such as Case IH, New Holland, Miller, JCB, New Holland CE, Hyundai and many others.
The combined organization now includes: 12 retail facilities, 30+ mobile technicians, shared systems, parts inventories and technical expertise.
The company says the new structure means “quicker service, deeper support, and fewer delays for customers across Ontario.”
With the support of CNH, nearly all new and existing locations will adopt CNH’s Dual Branding initiative, ensuring that customers have access to parts and/or new equipment from: Case IH, New Holland Ag & CE, and select Case CE products.
Equipment Ontario was formed from the legacies of Stoltz, Hub, Advance, ESM and Bob Mark dealerships.
