Imperial Dade Canada, headquartered in Mississauga, Ont., has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Enterprise Paper Holdings, headquartered in Coquitlam, B.C.
Founded in 1973, Enterprise distributes paper, packaging and janitorial products through locations in British Columbia and Alberta. Imperial Dade, meanwhile, was acquired in 2022 by Imperial Bag and Paper and has grown since as a distributor of food-service packaging and janitorial supplies.
The transaction (the financial terms of which have not been disclosed) would expand Imperial Dade’s presence as a distributor and, at the same time, Enterprises’ variety of products for its customers.
