Oliver Taudien will join BGH-Consulting, a human resources (HR) and management consultancy focusing on the pulp, paper and packaging industries, as a new shareholder and senior consultant on Jan. 1, 2026, as part of a strategic expansion.
Taudien has more than 20 years’ executive experience as CEO, general manager (GM) and chief financial officer (CFO) at companies in the paper, pulp and packaging industry, including assignments across Europe and the U.S. He has managed and developed global talent and overseen strategy development and implementation, information technology (IT) transformation, turnover management and restructuring for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He was with International Paper for 23 years, then at Sylvamo for nearly five.
In his new role, he will help drive the globalization of BGH-Consulting, further expand its service portfolio and ‘build new bridges’ in partnership-based co-operation.
