This review shows how grain refinement, dynamic recrystallization, phase transformations, and controlled precipitation enable selected medium- and high-entropy alloys to sustain extreme elongation at elevated temperatures. The authors identify scalable processing, oxidation resistance, cost, recyclability, and validation in engineering-scale components as key barriers to industrial superplastic forming.
