Real estate sustainability data solutions provider Deepki announced the acquisition of real estate-focused sustainability consultancy and services firm Evora Global and its energy data collection subsidiary Metry.
Founded in 2011, UK-based Evora provides sustainability consulting and software solutions for the real estate and real assets sectors to help clients mitigate sustainability risks, enhance asset value, and safeguard market reputation. The company’s offerings include advisory, managed services, and data-driven software solutions across key areas including strategy, climate risk, sustainable finance, and sustainability reporting, as well as its proprietary sustainability data management software platform SIERA. Evora acquired environmental data collection platform Metry in 2024, which provides building owners with access to grid and meter data to become more sustainable and efficient.
The transaction marks the latest in a series of acquisitions for Deepki, and its fifth to date, including recently announced deals to acquire real estate electrification-focused AI startup Camion, and energy management and efficiency services company Sobre Energie.
According to Deepki, the new acquisitions will expand its ability to help customers improve the financial and environmental performance of their portfolios, by bringing together capabilities including automated data collection, transaction due diligence, asset assessments, and active energy procurement with Deepki’s technology to transform portfolio data into actionable intelligence.
Vincent Bryant, CEO and Co-founder of Deepki said:
“Real estate professionals need clarity to make fast decisions, protect liquidity, and drive asset value. By pairing Metry’s automated data engine with EVORA’s end-to-end investment advisory, Deepki enhances its SaaS platform to give our clients an unmatched co-pilot. Together, we empower real estate leaders to navigate deal due diligence, optimize energy strategies, and unlock measurable portfolio value from capital raise to exit.”
Following the acquisition, the companies said that Evora’s consulting team will operate alongside Deepki under a co-sold model, with Evora clients gaining access to Deepki’s platform and AI capabilities, SIERA integrated into Deepki’s platform, and Metry’s technology becoming part of Deepki’s data infrastructure.
Paul Sutcliffe and Ed Gabbitas, Co-founders of Evora Global, said:
“Joining forces with Deepki is about delivering unprecedented value, speed, and clarity to our global clients. By uniting top consulting talent with the market-leading AI-driven sustainability platform, we are equipping the real estate industry with the exact tools and expertise they need to maximize portfolio ROI and navigate complex transitions with absolute confidence.”
