Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of Aviva plc, announced the appointment of Luciano Lilloy to the newly created position of Head of Sustainable Equities.
Lilloy joins the firm from sustainable transition-focused investor Impax Asset Management, where he most recently served as Portfolio Manager, co-managing over $10 billion in sustainable, thematic equities.

In addition to the new Head of Sustainable Equities, Aviva Investors also announced the appointment of Duncan Bulgin as Head of Equity Research, succeeding Max Burns, who will retire this year, adding that Lilloy will assume Burns’ portfolio management responsibilities for the Global Climate Equity Strategy.
Nicholette MacDonald-Brown, Head of Active Equities at Aviva Investors, said:
“We’re thrilled to welcome Luciano and Duncan to the firm. We’re very excited to begin working with them both to further evolve our Equity offering, to ensure we are providing the best possible solutions and outcomes for our clients.”
