Nokian Tyres has introduced the Powerproof E, a premium summer tire developed for drivers in Central and Southern Europe. The tire achieves an A rating across all three EU tire-label categories – rolling resistance, wet grip and external rolling noise – across the product range.
The ratings reflect a balance of energy efficiency, wet-weather safety and driving comfort in a single product.
“Whether the priority is maximizing range and efficiency or achieving confidence and comfort in wet conditions, drivers should not have to compromise on safety,” said Tommi Alhola, senior vice president of passenger car tires, Central Europe at Nokian Tyres.
