Prime Big Deal Days 2026: Quick Picks
Amazon Scooter and eBike Picks Compared
Amazon prices move by the hour during a Prime event, so we show a price range instead of a number that could be stale by the time you read it. Range is the manufacturer’s claim unless a card says we tested it.
When Is Prime Big Deal Days 2026?
Amazon confirmed on September 14 that Prime Big Deal Days 2026 runs Tuesday, October 6 and Wednesday, October 7. Deals go live at 12:01 a.m. Pacific time on October 6 and the sale lasts 48 hours, one day earlier than the 2025 event. Amazon also drops new limited-time deals three times a day during the event, at midnight, 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Pacific, so check back if a pick has not dropped yet.
You need a Prime membership to get most Prime-exclusive prices. Some listings drop for everyone, and a few brands match the sale on their own sites, which is why we track both below.
How We Picked These Deals
Three scooters on this list went through our full test protocol. The Segway MAX G3 Plus scored 9.8 and the NAVEE XT5 Pro scored 9.7, and we GPS-verified the Segway GT3 Pro at 48 mph. Their review links are on their cards.
The other seven come from Ride Finder specs and years of riding Segway, NAVEE, NIU, GoTrax and Heybike models. We left out brands we cannot vouch for, even when their Amazon listings look like bargains. Every pick is sold on Amazon today, and every card says whether we tested it.

Best Overall:Segway MAX G3 Plus
Buy on Amazon · Under $1,500 →Available on Amazon
The MAX G3 Plus is the most complete commuter scooter we have tested, and it earned a 9.8. It held 25 to 27 mph up our quarter-mile test hill and finished it in 37.52 seconds. It covered 21.2 miles in our hard, real-world range test with a 200 lb rider, and it stopped from about 16 mph in 13 to 14 feet.
In practice, the hydraulic suspension at both ends is what you notice first. Add a 717 Wh battery, a 2,200W peak motor, front and rear turn signals, traction control and Apple Find My, and it weighs a reasonable 55.1 lb on our scale. If one Amazon scooter gets a real Prime discount, buy this one.
Why we like it
- ✓ RG Score 9.8
- ✓ Held 25 to 27 mph uphill
- ✓ Hydraulic suspension
- ✓ Turn signals front and rear
- ✓ Apple Find My
Keep in mind
- − Too heavy to carry upstairs
- − Not for rough trails

Fastest on Amazon:Segway GT3 Pro
Buy on Amazon · Under $2,500 →Available on Amazon
Of the scooters we have tested, the GT3 Pro is the fastest you can buy on Amazon. We saw 48 mph on GPS against Segway’s 50 mph limit, and it went from 0 to 30 mph in about four seconds without ever feeling nervous. Dual motors make 7,000W at peak.
It runs a 72V 30Ah battery rated for 86 miles, rolls on 11 inch self-sealing tires and uses full hydraulic suspension. At 117 lb, it belongs in a garage. It also comes from a brand with a global dealer and parts network.
Why we like it
- ✓ 48 mph on our GPS
- ✓ 7,000W peak
- ✓ 86 mi rated range
- ✓ Self-sealing tires
- ✓ Dealer and parts network
Keep in mind

Best Value Segway:Segway Ninebot Max G3
Buy on Amazon · Under $1,000 →Available on Amazon
The standard Max G3 is the scooter the G3 Plus is built on, and it is still one of Segway’s best commuters. You get a 597 Wh battery, a 2,000W peak motor, a 28 mph top speed, hydraulic suspension, 11 inch tires and traction control.
We tested the Plus, not this one, so this is a researched pick. Compared with the Plus, it has a smaller battery and no rear turn signals. If a Prime discount opens a big gap between the two, the regular G3 is the smarter buy for shorter commutes.
Why we like it
- ✓ Hydraulic suspension
- ✓ Traction control
- ✓ 28 mph
- ✓ 11 in tires
- ✓ Cheaper than the Plus
Keep in mind
- − Smaller battery than the Plus
- − Not tested by us
Key specs
- Top speed:28 mph
- Rated range:50 mi
- Battery:597 Wh
- Weight:54.2 lb

Best Performance Value:Segway GT3
Buy on Amazon · Under $1,500 →Available on Amazon
The GT3 is the step between Segway’s commuters and the GT3 Pro. It tops out at 31 mph, carries an 899 Wh battery rated for 45 miles and uses hydraulic suspension for a planted ride.
At 87 lb it is still heavy, but it is 30 lb lighter than the Pro. Pick it if you want real performance for longer commutes and weekend rides without going to a 48 mph scooter. We have not tested the GT3 ourselves.
Why we like it
- ✓ 31 mph
- ✓ 899 Wh battery
- ✓ Hydraulic suspension
- ✓ 30 lb lighter than the Pro
Keep in mind
- − 87 lb

Best for Rough Roads:Segway ZT3 Pro
Buy on Amazon · Under $1,000 →Available on Amazon
The ZT3 Pro is Segway’s off-road-style scooter at a commuter price. On paper, its bigger tires make it steadier and more comfortable than most scooters under $1,000 on broken pavement and gravel paths.
It tops out at 24.9 mph, carries a 597 Wh battery rated for 43.5 miles and weighs 65.5 lb. Keep it off real trails. On bad city roads, though, it rides better than a slim commuter. We have not tested it ourselves.
Why we like it
- ✓ Off-road-style stance
- ✓ Big tires
- ✓ 43.5 mi rated range
- ✓ Stable ride
Keep in mind
- − 65.5 lb
- − Not tested by us
Key specs
- Top speed:24.9 mph
- Rated range:43.5 mi
- Battery:597 Wh
- Weight:65.5 lb
Best Budget Range:NIU KQi3 Max
Buy on Amazon · Under $500 →Available on Amazon
The KQi3 Max is the budget scooter with the biggest battery on this list at 608 Wh. NIU rates it for 40.4 miles and a 23.6 mph top speed, which is a lot of range for a scooter that usually sells for well under $500.
At 46.3 lb it is manageable to carry for short stretches. It is a good pick for a first scooter or a daily commute of a few miles each way. We have not tested it ourselves.
Why we like it
- ✓ 608 Wh battery
- ✓ 40.4 mi rated range
- ✓ 23.6 mph
- ✓ 46.3 lb
Keep in mind
- − Range is a claim
- − Not tested by us

Best Ultra Budget:GoTrax GXL V2
Buy on Amazon · Under $300 →Available on Amazon
The GXL V2 is the classic ultra-budget scooter. It tops out at 15.5 mph, is rated for 12.5 miles and weighs 27 lb, so it is light enough to carry into a classroom or an office.
It is slow and plain. For short trips around campus or the neighborhood, it is the easiest scooter on this page to justify. We have not tested this version ourselves.
Why we like it
- ✓ 27 lb
- ✓ Cheapest pick here
- ✓ Easy to carry
Keep in mind
- − 15.5 mph
- − 12.5 mi rated range
Key specs
- Top speed:15.5 mph
- Rated range:12.5 mi
- Battery:187 Wh
- Weight:27 lb
Best Amazon eBike:Heybike Mars 3.0
Buy on Amazon · Under $1,500 →Available on Amazon
The Mars 3.0 is the only ebike from our Ride Finder list that sells on Amazon. It folds, it rolls on 4 inch fat tires, and its 624 Wh battery is rated for 65 miles at up to 28 mph. Heybike rates it for 440 lb, which is high for a folding bike.
It weighs 70 lb, so folding it makes it easier to store, not easier to carry. Heybike also sells it direct, so compare the Amazon price with Heybike’s own store during the sale. We have not tested the Mars 3.0 ourselves.
Why we like it
- ✓ Folds
- ✓ 4 in fat tires
- ✓ 440 lb rating
- ✓ 65 mi rated range
Keep in mind
- − 70 lb
- − Not tested by us
Key specs
- Top speed:28 mph

More Amazon Scooters to Watch
These did not make the main list, but they sell on Amazon and come from brands we trust. If one drops below its usual price, it is worth a look.
NIU: the KQi 300X (37 mi claimed, 23.7 mph), KQi 300P, KQi Air (26.4 lb), KQi3 Pro, KQi2 Pro and KQi 100P.
Segway: the Ninebot Max G2 (43 mi claimed) and the Ninebot E2 Pro.
NAVEE: the ST3, the GT3 Pro and the budget V25.
Direct-Brand eBike and Scooter Prices to Watch
Most of the best ebike brands do not sell on Amazon at all. During July’s Prime Day, our deals hub tracked direct prices from Lectric, Heybike and GoTrax right next to the Amazon listings, so check these stores the same week.
Lectric: the XP4 folding bike and the XPress 2 commuter, which we rode to 38.3 miles on one charge.
Ride1Up: the Portola 02, a folding bike we tested at 28 mph and 39.2 miles.
Aventon: the Pace 5 REC step-through cruiser with regenerative braking.
Velotric: the Discover 3 commuter.
Heybike: the Ranger 3.0 Pro full suspension folder and the Saturn moped-style bike, which scored 9.0 in our testing.
NAVEE: NAVEE’s own store sometimes prices its scooters differently from Amazon, so compare both before you buy.
How to Spot a Real Prime Day Scooter or eBike Deal
Prime events bring real discounts and plenty of fake ones. Run these checks before you click buy.
- Check the model name: The Segway Max G3 and MAX G3 Plus are different scooters with different batteries. A discount on the older model can still be a good buy if you know which one you are getting.
- Look at who sells it: A listing sold and shipped by Amazon or the brand is the safe choice. Third-party sellers can have different return policies and warranties.
- Treat claimed range as a ceiling: We got 21.2 miles from a scooter rated for 56. Expect about half the claim if you ride fast, carry weight or climb hills.
- Compare the brand’s own store: Heybike, NAVEE and Segway sell direct, and brand sales often run the same week. A lower Amazon price is not always the lowest price.
- Check the battery certification: Stick to scooters and ebikes with UL 2272 or UL 2849 certification. Check the listing itself for the certification, not just the brand’s website.
Prime Big Deal Days eBike and Scooter FAQs
When is Prime Big Deal Days 2026?
Prime Big Deal Days 2026 runs Tuesday, October 6 and Wednesday, October 7. Amazon confirmed the dates on September 14, 2026. Deals start at 12:01 a.m. Pacific time on October 6 and run for 48 hours. We will update this page with live sale prices once the event starts.
Do electric scooters go on sale during Prime Big Deal Days?
Yes. During July’s Prime Day our deals hub tracked Amazon discounts on Segway, NAVEE and GoTrax scooters. Prices change quickly during the event, so check the listing on the day.
What is the best electric scooter to buy on Amazon?
The Segway MAX G3 Plus. It scored 9.8 in our testing, held 25 to 27 mph up our test hill and covered 21.2 miles in our hard range test. If you want more speed, the NAVEE XT5 Pro scored 9.7 and hit 31 mph.
Can you buy a good ebike on Amazon?
A few. Most of the ebike brands we recommend sell direct, not on Amazon. The Heybike Mars 3.0 is the one folding fat tire bike from our Ride Finder list with an Amazon listing. For Lectric, Ride1Up, Aventon and Velotric, check the brand’s own store.
Is Prime Big Deal Days better than Black Friday for scooters?
Discounts can be similar, but an October purchase gives you more riding weather before winter in most of the country.
Do I need Prime to get the deals?
You need a Prime membership for Prime-exclusive prices. Some listings drop for everyone, and direct-brand sales do not require Prime at all.
Final Thoughts
If you only watch one listing during Prime Big Deal Days, make it the Segway MAX G3 Plus. Want more speed? Watch the NAVEE XT5 Pro. The GT3 Pro is the big one, tested at 48 mph. Budget shoppers should keep an eye on the NIU KQi3 Max and GoTrax GXL V2.
We will update this page with real sale prices when the event starts. Until then, compare every pick against the brand’s own store and our July Prime Day deals hub.
