Nordic solar developer Alight has acquired a portfolio of 40 large-scale solar projects in southern Sweden from Soltech Energy Solutions, totaling approximately 2 GW in capacity. This acquisition enhances Alight’s development pipeline to over 5 GW, incorporating battery storage options and aiming for long-term Power Purchase Agreements with commercial customers.
