Vardhman Textiles Limited has agreed to acquire at least a 26% stake in Serentica Renewables India 32 for ₹41.85 crore to support its renewable energy needs. The investment funds a 40 MW wind project in Karnataka and a 40 MW solar project in Rajasthan, aiming to supply renewable power to the company’s operations.
