The Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (RERC) dismissed a review petition from M/s Kishan Urja Hitkari Samiti, which sought to lower the Capacity Utilization Factor for solar projects under the PM-KUSUM scheme. The RERC found no basis for revising the February 2020 tariff order, citing adequate generation data and existing contractual terms.
