Alter Trading Corporation has purchased the operating assets of Iron and Metals Inc., located in Denver, Colorado. The addition of Iron and Metals further expands Alter’s Rocky Mountain Region and increases its facilities to 82. Alter will operate Iron and Metals’ 20-acre Denver facility with a continued focus on safety, service, and quality.
