Both firms specialize in services including BREEAM green building certifications, energy performance assessments, embodied carbon analysis, net-zero carbon strategies and energy modeling.

According to Bureau Veritas, the acquisitions support its LEAP | 28 Strategy, aimed at accelerating growth in high-value sustainability services and strengthening the company’s position in the Buildings & Infrastructure market in the UK.

Antoine Giros, Vice President for the UK and Ireland at Bureau Veritas, said:

“This double acquisition demonstrates our disciplined execution of the LEAP-28 strategy and reinforces our ambition to lead the sustainable transformation of the Buildings & Infrastructure sector in the UK.”
