Continental has launched two motorcycle tires — the TKC 802 and the ContiSportAttack 5 — designed for the adventure and supersport segments and both due to arrive early next year.

The TKC 802 is the second-generation of the TKC 80 motorcycle tire – introduced four decades after the original – was developed from the ground up to meet the demands of modern adventure motorcycles, and delivers a balance of on- and off-road performance, Continental says.
The tire features a specifically designed tread design, with larger, rearranged blocks, additional contact edges, staggered outer blocks and optimized geometry to enhance grip on loose surfaces and provide effective self-cleaning, improving performance on mud, sand and gravel.
