We propose an LFP regeneration strategy integrating electrochemical Li extraction with C/MgF₂ coating via in situ PVDF-derived HF conversion by MgO, yielding 99.64% pure Li₂CO₃ and a cathode delivering 151.3 mA h g⁻¹, rivaling commercial materials.
