Pastured & Pasteurized
Both of these are a fast break-down to what the label tells us:
First know with Pasture labels there are no independent certifications of this label. So we don’t know for sure if the label was just slapped on or actually tells us that the animals were free to move about their natural habitat and eat grass or plants that are normally consumed.

Pasteurized for Eggs, Apple cider, milk, juices, etc. means the product has been exposed to high heat to destroy potential bacteria. Pasteurization may reduce the amount of vitamins in the eggs, as well as nutrients in milk and juices. Flash Pasteurization means extremely high heat for a shorter period of time. The vitamins and nutrients are still at risk.
