The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has launched an RfS for 4,083.75 kW rooftop solar projects at 13 Central Agricultural University institutions, issued on September 18, 2026. Selected developers will design, install, and maintain the systems for 25 years under PPAs. Bidders must submit EMDs and performance guarantees based on project capacity.
