Jordon Underhill, founder of the Canadian Dairy Xpo, which ran April 2 and 3, 2025, says the show has a culture that attracts farmers.
The show involves youth in many areas including food booths that are run by and benefit 4-H and Junior Farmers. Family is also a priority.
Underhill says that the show continues to create demonstrations based on recent innovations, including this year, hoof trimming.
