TiOPc is modified on CdIn2S4 to build axial asymmetric TiS1O1N2 polarization site. This electron-enriched site favors rapid charge transport between two materials via the interfacial Ti−S bond, boosting the NO3−−to−NH3 photosynthesis activity.
