PROJECT MILESTONE
Northern Great Plains Regenerative Grazing
Our Northern Great Plains Regenerative Grazing Project, recently rated “A” by BeZero, is completing its second and third verifications which cover the monitoring periods 2021-2022 and 2023-2024.

Carbon sequestration and grassland restoration are two sides of the same coin. Healthier soils hold more water in drought years, produce more forage for cattle and wildlife, and support the recovery of the flora and fauna that make up these diverse ecosystems.
- Spot credits available: 500,000+ high-integrity removal credits will be available from these verifications in Q2 2026 for the 2021-2024 monitoring periods.
- Multi-year agreements: The project is removing approximately 170,000 tCO2e per/ year for companies looking for a multi-year partnership and reliable supply of removal credits.
- Catalytic investment: We have a pipeline of ranchers and the opportunity to expand our program through catalytic climate action.
FROM OUR RANCH PARTNERS
Check out our latest testimonial from the Mill Iron Ranch. A quote from Keon Holzer who enrolled in our program in 2022.
“What Native has allowed us to do is make improvements so we can go and play offense instead of playing defense. We spent a long time playing defense and staying ahead of the bank. Now I feel like the reins are finally in our hands and we’re not reacting, we’re driving.”

MEET A PROJECT SUPPORTER

At Native, we believe the best climate solutions are the ones that strengthen the communities around us. Supporters of the Northern Great Plains program see it as more than a carbon transaction. Spark R&D, a Bozeman-based backcountry skiing equipment manufacturer, is a perfect example: balancing the energy-intensive demands of production with a deep commitment to Montana’s grasslands. Here’s what CFO Becca Ritter had to say:
“Manufacturing is an energy-intensive process, and we try to offset and avoid as many emissions as possible. We installed a rooftop solar array and use energy-conserving practices. However, we still have a balance of unavoidable emissions at the end of each production season. We chose to support Native’s Northern Great Plains Regenerative Grazing Project because it aligns with our values of land stewardship and supports the ranchers working to restore these grassland ecosystems. This Montana-based project has real, tangible effects on our extended community where we work and play, through real, verifiable carbon sequestration.”

FROM OUR TEAM
Patagonia Regenerative Grazing: First Issuance on the Horizon
Our team recently returned from a site visit to the Patagonia Regenerative Grazing Project ahead of its first expected credit issuance in mid-2026. The project now spans nearly 200,000 enrolled hectares, with approximately 175,000 metric tonnes removed annually, with a pathway to scale beyond 500,000 hectares. With the first issuance fully committed, the project presents an opportunity to secure forward contracts of high-integrity carbon removal and for catalytic investment to scale a project with proven success.

CATALYTIC CLIMATE ACTION
Wewoka Biogas Project: Call to Action
The Wewoka Biogas Project captures super pollutant methane, converting it to energy for a nearby manufacturing facility in Wewoka, Oklahoma. To date the project has captured and used more than 16 million cubic meters of landfill gas, enough to power up to 3,200 average U.S. homes for a year.
Originally launched via Native’s Help Build
model, the project now again requires catalytic funding to upgrade its aging gas collection system so that it continues to deliver climate benefits. The Verra methodology is ICVCM-approved and this project aligns with the Core Carbon Principles (CCP) label.
Commit to an upfront or multi-year offtake of a portion of the 163,000 tonnes from the crediting period. Your investment provides the capital needed to upgrade the well field and destruction technology.
