The Yozma IN10 Pro Almost Shouldn’t Exist

Every once in a while we test a vehicle that completely resets our expectations for what a given budget can buy. The Yozma IN10 Pro is one of those vehicles.

At under $2,000, it’s genuinely difficult to understand how Yozma is making the numbers work. This isn’t a glorified e-bike pretending to be a dirt bike.

The IN10 Pro arrives with a large 60V 27Ah battery, a claimed 5,500W peak mid-drive motor, hydraulic brakes, full suspension, and motorcycle-sized wheels. Then someone has to manufacture it, ship it halfway around the world, distribute it, support it, and still make money.

When you look at everything included, the value proposition is honestly shocking.

We’ve tested plenty of electric dirt bikes that cost significantly more. While those premium bikes absolutely justify their higher prices through better suspension, more power, and higher-quality components, the gap in actual riding enjoyment isn’t nearly as large as the price difference suggests.

That’s what makes the IN10 Pro so compelling.

It delivers way more dirt bike than its price tag suggests.

Unboxing and Assembly

Yozma IN10 Pro partially assembled during unboxing

Before your IN10 Pro arrives, there’s one thing worth knowing.

Depending on your location and local shipping regulations, the battery may ship separately from the bike itself. Large lithium batteries are often handled differently by shipping carriers, so don’t be surprised if the bike arrives first and the battery follows a few days later.

As for assembly, the process was surprisingly straightforward.

We spent roughly an hour getting ours trail-ready, and most of that time was simply taking our time and making sure everything was aligned properly.

Out of the box, you’ll need to install:

  • Handlebars
  • Front wheel
  • Front brake caliper
  • Foot pegs
  • Front and rear fenders
  • Headlight
  • Rear taillight

Everything is relatively straightforward, even for riders without much mechanical experience.

The only step that slowed us down was the foot pegs.

There is a dedicated left and right peg, so make sure you’ve got the correct side before starting. More importantly, pay close attention to the spring orientation. You need to preload the peg against the spring and hold it in position before sliding the retaining pin through. It’s a little fiddly the first time, and you’ll probably spend a few minutes figuring out the correct angle.

Once you get the first peg installed, though, the second one goes together much faster.

Overall, assembly was easier than many of the e-bikes we’ve tested and significantly easier than assembling most gas-powered pit bikes.

Finally, Wheels That Feel Like a Real Dirt Bike

Yozma IN10 Pro rear three-quarter view showing the 14-inch rear wheel

The biggest difference between the IN10 Pro and many budget electric dirt bikes isn’t the motor.

It isn’t the battery either.

It’s the wheels.

The 17-inch front and 14-inch rear wheel setup gives the bike proportions much closer to a traditional 100cc to 125cc dirt bike than many competitors. That’s important because wheel size affects far more than appearance.

The larger wheels roll over roots, rocks, ruts, and trail obstacles more confidently. They improve stability at speed and create a much more planted feeling when the trail gets rough.

Just as importantly, they make the bike feel larger.

Many affordable electric dirt bikes can feel cramped for adult riders. The IN10 Pro doesn’t have that problem. Even taller riders around 6’2″ to 6’4″ can comfortably fit on the bike without feeling folded up or cramped.

That’s a major advantage in this price category.

A lot of affordable electric dirt bikes end up feeling like oversized toys once you get past six feet tall. The IN10 Pro feels much closer to a traditional 100cc or 125cc dirt bike, which makes it easier to recommend to a much wider range of adult riders.

Whether you’re coming from mountain biking, riding gas-powered pit bikes, or simply looking for an affordable way to get into electric off-road riding, the IN10 Pro feels like a legitimate motorcycle-sized platform rather than a scaled-down beginner bike.

Riding Modes: Three Different Personalities

Yozma IN10 Pro display screen showing the current riding mode

The IN10 Pro’s three riding modes do a surprisingly good job of transforming the bike’s character.

Mode 1: Easygoing and Efficient

Mode 1 is best viewed as a low-power trail mode for tighter riding areas, campgrounds, or riders who want to maximize range.

Top speed is limited to roughly 14 mph, and the torque delivery feels noticeably softer than the higher modes. Throttle response is smooth and predictable, making it easy to navigate technical sections or simply cruise around without constantly worrying about wheelspin.

It’s not the mode you’ll spend the most time in, but it’s useful to have when conditions call for a more relaxed riding experience.

Mode 2: The Sweet Spot

For most riders, Mode 2 will probably become the default setting.

Top speed increases to approximately 34 mph, and the power delivery becomes much more immediate. The bike feels significantly more alive, with stronger acceleration and much better trail performance.

This is the mode we spent most of our testing time in because it strikes an excellent balance between control and fun.

There’s enough power to tackle hills confidently, enough speed to keep experienced riders entertained, and enough restraint that the bike still feels approachable.

Mode 3: Respect It

Then there’s Mode 3.

This is where the IN10 Pro goes from “budget dirt bike” to “okay, this thing is actually quick.”

Top speed climbs beyond 40 mph, and throttle response becomes substantially more aggressive. The bike accelerates hard enough that it can lift the front wheel surprisingly easily when traction is available.

That’s genuinely impressive considering the price.

It’s also why we’d recommend Mode 3 primarily for experienced riders. The jump in acceleration is significant, and the bike feels much more eager to wheelie or break traction under hard throttle inputs.

The progression between the three modes feels natural and well thought out, allowing riders to gradually unlock more performance as conditions allow.

Suspension That’s Better Than It Has Any Right To Be

Close-up of the Yozma IN10 Pro rear coil shock

Let’s set expectations appropriately.

The IN10 Pro does not have premium motocross suspension.

You’re not getting KTM SX, Yamaha YZ, Honda CRF, Talaria Sting R, or Sur-Ron Ultra Bee levels of suspension performance.

But that’s also not what you’re paying for.

What surprised us is that the suspension actually feels pretty good.

The fork and rear shock absorb trail chatter well, take the edge off roots and rocks, and remain reasonably composed over small jumps and moderate off-road terrain.

More importantly, it doesn’t feel cheap.

The suspension isn’t harsh, it doesn’t immediately bottom out, and it doesn’t constantly remind you that you’re riding a budget bike.

In fact, unless you’re immediately stepping directly off a more premium bike, your first reaction will probably be:

“Honestly, that’s better than I expected.”

That was certainly our reaction.

For the overwhelming majority of riders shopping in this category, the suspension will exceed expectations.

No, it doesn’t have the sophistication or adjustability of bikes costing two or three times more. But for trail riding, exploring property, and general recreational riding, it performs far better than we expected. And again, it’s a whole lot of fun.

Real-World Range

Yozma IN10 Pro cockpit and handlebar controls

During our testing, we recorded approximately 22 miles of range while riding primarily in Mode 2 and a few miles of Mode 3 on mostly off-road terrain.

That’s a fairly demanding test involving frequent acceleration, uneven surfaces, hills, loose terrain, and lots of throttle input.

Could you get more?

Absolutely.

Riders spending more time in Mode 1 or riding smoother terrain should see better numbers.

But we think 22 miles of aggressive trail riding provides a realistic expectation for how many buyers will actually use the bike.

Yozma IN10 Pro vs Yozma IN10

Yozma also offers the standard IN10, which serves as the smaller and more affordable sibling.

While the bikes share similar styling, the riding experience is noticeably different.

The biggest upgrades on the Pro include:

  • Larger 17-inch front and 14-inch rear wheels
  • More powerful 60V drivetrain
  • Larger battery capacity
  • Better fit for taller riders
  • Improved stability at speed
  • More confidence over rough terrain

The standard IN10 remains a solid entry point for riders looking to spend less.

The IN10 Pro, however, feels much closer to a traditional pit bike.

The larger wheels alone transform the riding experience, making the bike feel more stable, more capable, and significantly more comfortable for adult riders.

If your budget allows, we’d strongly recommend stretching for the Pro.

Support, Warranty, and Parts Availability

One area where the IN10 Pro pleasantly surprised us was what happens after the purchase.

Yozma backs the bike with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects on the frame, battery, and original components. If a covered component is found to be defective, the company states it will repair or replace the part during the warranty period, although labor and installation costs remain the owner’s responsibility.

Just as encouraging is Yozma’s approach to replacement parts.

At the time of writing, the company has multiple pages of replacement parts and accessories available for the IN10 platform. That may not sound like a big deal, but we’ve seen plenty of newer eMoto brands launch exciting bikes with virtually no long-term parts support. When something eventually breaks, owners are left searching forums or overseas marketplaces trying to figure out compatibility.

That’s not the impression we get here.

During our interactions, Yozma was responsive to questions, and the fact that they’re already stocking everything from body panels and controls to drivetrain and suspension components gives us more confidence in the platform’s long-term serviceability.

That said, it’s important to set realistic expectations.

Yozma isn’t Honda, Yamaha, KTM, or another established powersports brand with dealerships in every city. You’re not buying a bike that can be dropped off at your local dealer for every repair. If you own an IN10 Pro, there’s a good chance you’ll eventually perform some basic maintenance yourself or replace a component at home.

Fortunately, the bike is mechanically straightforward, replacement parts appear to be readily available, and most maintenance jobs aren’t especially intimidating for anyone comfortable with basic tools.

In many ways, that’s exactly how Yozma is able to offer this much bike for the money.

You’re trading a nationwide dealer network and white-glove service for a motorcycle-sized electric dirt bike with a 60V 27Ah battery, hydraulic brakes, capable suspension, and 40+ mph performance for under $2,000.

For riders who understand that tradeoff, the value proposition is honestly hard to beat.

Who Is The IN10 Pro For?

One of the most impressive things about the IN10 Pro is how broad its appeal is.

It’s easy to recommend to:

  • Riders upgrading from an e-bike
  • Mountain bikers looking for a more powerful off-road experience
  • Adults looking for an affordable electric trail bike
  • Taller riders who don’t fit comfortably on smaller electric dirt bikes
  • Experienced riders looking for a fun second bike
  • Property owners wanting an easy way to explore trails and acreage

Usually, affordable electric dirt bikes force you into a compromise somewhere.

Too small.

Too weak.

Too toy-like.

Too limited.

The IN10 Pro avoids most of those traps.

What we liked

  • Motorcycle-sized 17″/14″ wheels that roll over rough terrain
  • 5,500W peak mid-drive with 40+ mph in Mode 3
  • Large 60V 27Ah (1,620Wh) battery
  • Suspension that punches well above the price
  • Fits adult riders up to about 6’4″
  • Multiple pages of replacement parts in stock

Keep in mind

  • Not premium motocross suspension
  • 1-year warranty; labor is the owner’s responsibility
  • No nationwide dealer network
  • ~22 miles of range under hard, aggressive riding

Final Verdict

Yozma IN10 Pro parked on a trail, rear view

The Yozma IN10 Pro delivers something that’s becoming increasingly rare in the electric vehicle world: genuine value.

Not just because it’s inexpensive, but because it offers far more performance, capability, and size than you’d reasonably expect at this price point while still appearing to have a solid foundation for long-term ownership through available replacement parts and responsive customer support.

No, it doesn’t have premium motocross suspension.

No, it doesn’t compete directly with bikes that cost $4,000, $5,000, or $6,000.

But it also doesn’t need to.

For under $2,000, you’re getting a legitimate electric dirt bike with motorcycle-sized wheels, a large 1,620Wh battery, hydraulic brakes, usable suspension, and enough performance to put a smile on nearly anyone’s face.

Most importantly, you don’t constantly feel reminded that you bought the budget option.

Instead, the IN10 Pro feels like a bike that punches well above its weight class.

Whether you’re an experienced trail rider looking for an inexpensive second bike, a mountain biker ready to step into the world of electric dirt bikes, or simply someone who wants maximum fun per dollar, the IN10 Pro is one of the easiest recommendations we’ve made this year.
