This new tractor-mounted willow harvester was tested for the first time in winter 2017 and results were promising. The machinery successfully cut several dozen acres at a school in Pennsylvania where the biomass is used on site for heat. The machine is available for rental through Double A Willow, with support from NEWBio’s equipment access program.
