After 10 years with RSB, and over four years as Executive Director, Elena Schmidt has made the personal decision to transition from the Executive Director role to an RSB Senior Strategy Advisor Role.
Under Elena’s leadership, RSB has undergone a period of significant growth and transformation. She has played a key role in strengthening the organisation’s financial resilience, expanding its global partnerships, and developing pioneering solutions such as the RSB Book & Claim System and a range of impactful programmes. Her leadership has helped position RSB as a global force in advancing a sustainable bio-based and circular economy.
We are pleased to share that Elena will continue to work at RSB as a Senior Strategic Advisor, ensuring continuity and stability as we move into this next phase.
