QUEBEC, Aug. 10, 2026 –TricorBraun, a global packaging leader, today announced the opening of a new warehouse facility in Laval, Que., expanding the company’s distribution network in Canada. The new facility strengthens the company’s ability to serve its customers, by positioning inventory closer to businesses in Quebec, helping reduce delivery times, improve product availability and provide greater supply-chain flexibility.

Situated near Highways 15 and 440 – two of Quebec’s busiest transportation corridors – the warehouse provides optimal distribution access to major routes serving both regional and cross-border markets.

“This investment reflects TricorBraun’s continued commitment to strengthening our Canadian operations and supporting the growing needs of our customers,” said Yvan Lapointe, Regional Vice President of TricorBraun Canada. “Quebec is one of the country’s most important logistics and manufacturing hubs, and establishing a local presence here allows us to be closer to the businesses we serve as they scale and evolve.”

The new distribution centre offers several customer benefits, including:

  • Faster, more reliable deliveries through locally stocked inventory in Quebec, shorter shipping distances and lower exposure to transportation delays.
  • Improved product availability in Quebec, with increased warehouse capacity and more local inventory, which is ideal for supporting customers with urgent, seasonal, or growth-driven demand.
  • Lower supply-chain complexity through optimized delivery routes and less reliance on inventory shipped from outside the province.
  • Greater flexibility to support inventory-release programs, based on production needs and changing demand, while helping customers maintain lower inventory levels.
  • Local service advantage as Quebec-based resources can provide faster coordination and optimized customer support.

Located within Écoparc Laval 15, one of Québec’s leading sustainable industrial developments, the distribution warehouse is pursuing LEED Silver (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and ZCB (Zero Carbon Building) certifications, reflecting TricorBraun’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.
