The Bureau of International Recycling (BIR) is launching its Future Recyclists initiative at its World Recycling Convention and Exhibition in Malaga, October 25 – 27, 2026. The global campaign aims to attract and retain the next generation of talent in recycling, as competition for graduate jobs intensifies and demand for green skills continues to grow. 
The recycling industry must do more to reach out to young talent to achieve growth
