Sustainability and compliance solutions provider Diginex announced the launch of an enhanced end-to-end supply chain due diligence platform, aimed at providing companies with risk data and traceable visibility across multiple tiers of their supply chains.

According to Diginex, the launch comes as companies face growing requirements to understand and manage risks deeper within increasingly complex supply chains, with due diligence requirements and forced labor import prohibitions increasing the need for businesses to evaluate supply chain risks and demonstrate how they are addressing them.

The company also highlighted growth in the supply chain sustainability software market that is being driven by regulatory initiatives including the European Union Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and EU Forced Labour Regulation.

Key features and capabilities of the new solution highlighted by Diginex include mapping of suppliers across multiple tiers, identifying and validating risks by comparing company-reported, worker-reported and third-party data, managing corrective action plans with suppliers, and maintaining a traceable record from the initial identification of an issue through to verified resolution. Diginex said that it plans to extend the tool over time, subject to customer research and prioritization.

Archana Kotecha, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Diginex, said:

“Regulation increasingly requires businesses to build a more complete picture of risk across their supply chains. That requires more than visibility, it requires actionable data that helps companies understand where risks sit, determine where to act and measure the outcomes. Our solution is designed to connect those dots, helping businesses move from risk identification to action and measurable outcomes.”
